Episode 2: TJ Douglas

TJ Douglas is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Black-owned small business, The Urban Grape, one of the most award winning wine stores in the US. The Urban Grape is also known for being the first store in the world to utilize the Progressive Scale, a unique system of organizing wines by their body, rather than varietal or region.

TJ talks to us about his experience during the protests after the death of George Floyd and the realities of being a Black business owner in America.
